Then I discovered the power of clean nutrition and consistent movement. Slowly, I started to make small but impactful changes — cutting out processed foods, fueling my body with whole, clean ingredients, and  started moving my body with intention..

I lost 20 pounds, but more importantly, I found a new sense of strength, energy, and confidence.

Since then, I’ve run marathons, raced triathlons and Hyrox, became a certified personal trainer, and earned my nutrition certification. Today, I help other women feel their best with simple, sustainable fitness and nutrition that fit into real life. From my fitness app to my podcast, instagram content and more, I want to meet women where they are and show them with the right tools they can transform.
